Brindley"s has a cafe style ambience. Service was a bit slow to start with and the food was mixed. Some of the starters were lovely. The Pork Belly was overcooked and a bit dry. Having said that another table had ordered steak - which was massive and looked amazing! We had food envy!

Brindley"s fully deserves to be on eveyone's list of excellent restaurants. The well prepared and presented food is reasonably priced and of fantastic quality. The daily rotisserie specials add a marvellous aroma to the Bar Area and the staff are friendly and highly capable. Give it a go
